Please, follow the instructions for abstract submission.

  • Posters should be prepared in English.
  • Poster boards will have size: 90 x 120 cm. Posters must NOT EXCEED that size.
  • The title, names of the authors, institutions, city and country should be clearly indicated on the poster. Name of the presenting author should be underlined. It is advisable to organize your poster in sections: Introduction, Results and Conclusions.
  • Posters should be prepared in advance and should be brought and attached to the poster board by the author at the beginning of the conference (Tuesday, 4.09.2007, 12:00-16:15 or on Wednesday morning).
  • Do not mail us your poster.
  • Materials to fix posters on boards will be provided at the desk located in the poster area.
  • . . .
  • Poster sessions will be organized at the Faculty of Philology, University of Wroclaw, pl. Nankiera 15.
  • Posters with odd numbers (1, 3, 5, ...) will be discussed at Poster Session I, on Wednesday, 5 September 2007. Posters with even numbers (2, 4, 6, ...) will be discussed at Poster Session II, on Friday, 7 September 2007. However, ALL posters should be on display throughout the whole conference.
  • A member of the presenting team (desirably the first author) should be present and adjacent to the poster during the assigned poster session.
  • You may check the number of your poster in the Book of Abstracts here.
  • Poster prizes will be awarded by NJC (see link below)
  • Posters left on the display boards after the second poster session will not be mailed to the authors after the Symposium.
  • The Organisers will not be responsible for loss or damage occurred to posters left on the panels.
