Please do not forget to indicate the participant's name on the remittance and send a photocopy of it to the Conference Secretariat. Note that we don't accept payment upon arrival.


If you require the invoice for the registration fee, please send an email to the the Conference Secretariat and include in it all the data required on the invoice (name and address of your institution, VAT number, etc.)

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received before 1st August 2007 will be subject to an administrative charge of 30%. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received after that date. However, the conference fee can still be transferred to another person attending the Symposium instead of the person who originally paid it.
Refund requests must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
