Encouraged by the success of events organized for early career researchers over the last years, the organizers warmly invite young scientists to participate to the Young Researchers Afternoons, being an integral part of the 2nd European Conference on Chemistry for Life Sciences to be held in Wroclaw, Poland between 4th and 8th September 2007.
The main purpose of the YRA is to provide a forum for young scientists from across Europe to exchange their scientific knowledge and enthusiasm for research. Presenting research results to experienced world class speakers will help young generation to develop communication and other complementary skills. This event will also give them the opportunity to learn about and discuss current topics in chemistry and life sciences.
Participation to YRA is open to researchers under 35 years old. The number of speakers is limited to 36.
For registration to YRA, all candidates are required to complete the conference on-line Registration Form choosing "YRA oral presentation" as a preferred presentation type and giving their date of birth. The abstract of their research project as well as their CV should be also submitted through the on-line system.
Selection of presentations will be made by the organizers on the basis of the quality and creativity of the research and the provided abstract.
Each applicant will receive an e-mail about the acceptance.
Please, follow the guidelines for speakers when preparing your presentation.
The success of YRA will depend to a very large extend on the active participation of the young scientists!
